Notification for Renewal of Fellowship-FCPS - Membership of College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai

All the Fellows, who have completed 10 years from the date of convocation are requested to renew their membership by paying fees of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) on or before 30^th September, 2025, otherwise their names will be removed from electoral roll. The renewal form is made available on our official website www.cpsmumbai.org and/ or in the office, during office hours.

All the fellows who have been conferred with fellowship on or before 24^th January 2025 are also requested to update their email id, permanent address and mobile number by sending email addressed to Dy. Secretary, College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai, CPS house, on cpsadmin@cpsmumbai.org. on or before 30^th September 2025.

All the fellows are further instructed to check in person whether their names are included in the present electoral roll, kept in the office of the Secretary of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Mumbai, during office hours, at CPS house, Dr. E. Borges road, Parel Mumbai 400 012, from 1st October 2025 to 8th October 2025 during office hours.
